**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to millions of New Yorkers who need assistance with complex healthcare plans. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, but must live within a 100-mile radius of our office location in New York, NY. **Key Responsibilities**

β€’ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to confidentiality and privacy policies.
β€’ Perform co-browse interactions with consumers seeking assistance with the application process via the NYSOH, as necessary.
β€’ Process new applications for health care coverage via the telephone, including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, interpreting determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans.
β€’ Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and experience.
β€’ Collaborate with peers to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment.

**Essential Skills and Requirements**

β€’ Must be able to speak and read in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and English.
β€’ Strong data entry and telephone skills, with the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.
β€’ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member and independently.
β€’ Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
β€’ Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets is preferred, as is previous experience in customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications**

β€’ Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and English.
β€’ Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
β€’ Experience with data entry software and other technical tools, with a strong understanding of computer systems and technology.

**Compensation and Benefits**
