[Remote] Oracle Cloud PLM / PDH Lead Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Argano is a digital consultancy focused on high-performance operations, seeking a Lead Consultant to provide solution leadership for Oracle Cloud PDH implementations. The role involves guiding clients through the implementation process and optimizing their technology infrastructure to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead mid to large size and complex Oracle Cloud consulting engagements
ā¢ Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle PDH requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions
ā¢ Leads the implementation of the Oracle Cloud PDH module from cradle-to-grave implementing industry best practices, in a cross functional capacity with other functional tracks, and consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios
ā¢ Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary (RICE items). This will involve presenting and clearly quantifying the benefits of the proposed solutions
ā¢ Ability to lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle PDH application team
ā¢ Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems
ā¢ Develop and implement long-term client strategies as required
ā¢ Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
ā¢ Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc
ā¢ Minimum 7 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for Oracle PDH cloud implementations
ā¢ Expert level experience as an Oracle PDH Lead implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades
ā¢ Knowledgeable and experienced with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST) is preferred
ā¢ Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Oracle PDH solutions
ā¢ Understanding of best practices product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements
ā¢ Expert level experience in Oracle Product Data Hub with a good understanding of how attributes in PDH impact various functional areas in the following key Oracle Cloud Applications: Oracle Cloud Inventory, Oracle Cloud Procurement, Oracle Cloud Order Management, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Oracle Cloud Demand/Supply Planning
ā¢ Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
ā¢ High commitment to exceed performance expectations
ā¢ Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements
ā¢ Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations
ā¢ Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers
ā¢ Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
ā¢ Willingness to travel as needed
ā¢ Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required
ā¢ Communication: Proficient in English written and verbal communications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
ā¢ Complex Functional Track Leadership: Track leads are responsible for leading their functional tracks throughout the project
ā¢ Thought Leadership: Providing thought leadership and industry expertise
ā¢ Mentorship and Coaching: Indirectly developing and coaching junior and mid-level consultants
ā¢ Strategic Vision: Contributes to the strategic goals and objectives of the project and department
ā¢ Executive Presence: The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives when required
