As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on inventory, pricing, shipping, product details, and more. * Efficiently managing customer orders received via phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and clarity before processing. * Entering orders accurately into our computer system and coordinating with the warehouse to prepare and ship orders. * Confirming shipment details with the warehouse, finalizing paperwork, and preparing orders for billing after dispatch. * Fostering excellent relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and feel valued in every interaction. * Supporting sales representatives by responding to various requests and providing necessary information. **Working Hours** Our standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
