Appointment Setter (Full-Time)
Our client seeks a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join their sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, introduce our products/services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage prospects.
Job Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
ā¢ Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
ā¢ Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their potential as clients.
ā¢ Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on lead availability and salesperson schedules.
ā¢ Enter accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments into the CRM system.
ā¢ Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to keep them engaged.
ā¢ Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information about scheduled appointments.
ā¢ Maintain a record of daily call activities, including calls made and appointments scheduled.
ā¢ Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to address prospect inquiries effectively
ā¢ Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
ā¢ Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
ā¢ Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry.
ā¢ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
ā¢ Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work.
ā¢ Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
ā¢ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and strategies.
ā¢ Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

ā¢ A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
ā¢ Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
