**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Minimum Requirements**

* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
