**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and performing data entry tasks

**Essential Qualifications**

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* General accounting or office management experience (preferred)
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs (preferred)

* Desire to advance and learn new skills, accepting new responsibilities without complaints

* A clean background and willingness to pass a drug test
**Physical and Mental Demands**
This role requires:
* The ability to sit for extensive periods of time
* The ability to bend, reach, and move around the workspace
* The ability to use equipment, including multi-line phone systems, fax machines, copy machines, and computers
* The ability to work in a noisy environment with other employees who are also on the phone
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* The ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
* The ability to lift 10-20 pounds
