At least 6 months of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail), demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate. Attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives. Clear a criminal background check and drug screen. Work from Home Requirements Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction-free for the duration of working hours. Landline Phone: Not required. Internet: Wired connection only, with a minimum speed of 10MBPS download and 5MBPS upload. Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required.
