As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile. Key Responsibilities Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards Navigating challenges by being consistent yet adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally Collaborating with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them achieve success with new processes and technologies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 18 years old Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements, we are looking for candidates who possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
