**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a large, established book of business, including commercial lines insurance coverages
* Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication
* Review insurance contracts for inaccuracies and process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing
* Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews
* Check policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals
* Apply problem-solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues
* Work independently or as part of a team to achieve business objectives
* Directly responsible for the retention of all accounts assigned to the team
**Essential Qualifications**
* Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license
* Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages, including admitted and non-admitted carriers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply critical thinking to various issues
* Proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office and insurance-specific software
