Job Overview The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Gate Agent role is to assist passengers with boarding the aircraft, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. This involves monitoring computerized passenger boarding, providing support to customers with special needs, and making changes to customer flight itineraries as required. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver industry-leading service and meet corporate objectives.
