Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise will enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our Technical Analysts and Team Managers to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees in a timely and professional manner * Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience * Track, log, and follow up on all cases and transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to data privacy standards * Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers, providing clear and concise information to facilitate swift resolution * Explain and apply HR and benefits policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines * Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards, protecting sensitive information and upholding arenaflex's commitment to data security * Follow established protocols and work independently on routine tasks, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach * Support peak volume periods, working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery * Attend all mandatory training sessions, embracing opportunities for growth and development **What You Bring** * Must be 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or benefits-related role, with a proven track record of success * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish * Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure * Reliable, distraction-free home office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment * Commitment to perfect attendance during training, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to the role **To Move Forward, Please Complete the Following Steps** 1. **Review the Job Description**: Ensure you have read and understand the responsibilities, requirements, and expectations of the position listed above. 2. **Internet Speed Test**: Run an internet speed test at: Take a screenshot of your results.
