With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee development, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in retail. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Registering sales on assigned cash register, processing transactions, and handling returns, exchanges, and refunds * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, constructing displays, and completing resets and revisions * Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance * Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned **Customer Experience** * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience **Operations** * Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items * Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested * Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records * Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) **Training & Personal Development** * Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate **Basic Qualifications** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications** * Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment * Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $15 - $17.5 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to exclusive discounts and perks **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
