The Insurance Operations Director is responsible for leading shared services and operational support functions to deliver efficient, scalable, and compliant operations, while ensuring alignment across multiple business operations and optimizing resources for growth and regulatory adherence.ResponsibilitiesProvides enterprise oversight of shared operations and support functions (product, carrier and agency contracting, marketing enablement, agent support, commissions, compliance, and core operations), ensuring alignment, scalability, and regulatory adherenceIntegrates multiple businesses’ operations and support functions.
