**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure high-quality customer service
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations, with a willingness to take on new challenges
* Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral fluency)
* Experience working with a computer and familiarity with customer service software and tools
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Minimum 6+ months of Contact Center/BPO experience in Voice Support
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
