Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our global customer base. A high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace, ensuring you're able to focus on customer interactions. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we're committed to training and developing our team members.
