Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers through phone and email interactions * Investigating and resolving order-related issues, ensuring timely confirmation and resolution * Providing proactive support to prevent potential problems and ensure a smooth experience for all parties * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes * Continuously learning and growing in your role, with opportunities for professional development and advancement **Your Journey with arenaflex** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll embark on a rewarding journey with arenaflex, with clear milestones and expectations at 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect: * **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces. Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues. * **60 days in**: Investigate instances of customer experience impact, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and providing real-time assistance. * **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings, advancing your skill sets to meet individual and team goals.
