**Requirements**
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Ability to recognize referral needs for customers
* Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of careerzynith-provided equipment)
* Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
