* Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities with a high level of professionalism and empathy
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
* 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service
* 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues
* Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills
* High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
* A quiet space within your home, free of distractions, to take incoming calls
* Prior careerzynith employees must have 6 months of experience with careerzynith
