[Remote] Investor Relations – Advisory Role (Equity & Success-Based Compensation)

They are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations Advisor to support their fundraising efforts and engage with investors to accelerate growth. Responsibilities • Develop and refine Trove’s investor narrative, pitch materials, and fundraising strategy. • Identify, qualify, and engage potential investors across VC, strategic healthcare investors, family offices, and angel networks. • Leverage your network to facilitate warm introductions and investor meetings. • Guide leadership through investor discussions, negotiations, and due-diligence phases. • Track fundraising pipeline and support ongoing communications with prospective investors. • Provide strategic advice on capital structure, valuation, and deal positioning.
