Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, engaging with entrepreneurs and executives, and suggesting the right blithequark products to meet their needs. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through industry-leading training and continuous coaching, all while maintaining the highest standards of client-first service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and executives to understand their needs and suggest suitable blithequark products. Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark's services. Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals. Provide exceptional client care by responding to account inquiries in a timely and organized manner. Document essential account information according to established policies and procedures. Maintain integrity by complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales practices. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Capabilities Two or more years of client support experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication. Proven track record of success in a client care and sales environment (two years or more). Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate online systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; education benefits are available for further development. Preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in navigating online systems and CRM tools.
