You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, and working closely with our Drivers and Dry Cleaning Partners to provide seamless service. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Care Associate, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Working closely with our Drivers and Dry Cleaning Partners to ensure continued great service to our customers * Handling multiple customer calls and queries simultaneously * Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions * Collaborating with the Customer Care team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures **Requirements** We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
