Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Information and Standards Senior Project Manager (ISSPM) to lead Medicaid-related initiatives while serving as the Information and Standards Manager (ISM) for a key contract. This hybrid role blends traditional project management with oversight of data governance and compliance with MITA, MECT, and agency standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT project delivery and a deep understanding of Medicaid systems and data standards. Your role in our mission Serve as the Information and Standards Manager (ISM) , defining and enforcing data/information standards across all vendor-responsible areas. Lead and manage medium to large-scale healthcare IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on data governance, standards compliance, and interface documentation. Ensure adherence to MITA, MECT, and agency-defined standards; provide metrics reports as requested. Support project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Contribute to broader project management efforts when ISM-specific tasks are not active. What we're looking for 10+ years of experience in system design, development, and maintenance with increasing responsibility. 6+ years of experience managing complex projects through the full lifecycle. 3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience. Strong understanding of data governance and healthcare IT compliance frameworks (MITA, MECT). PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
