* Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
* Coordinating with customers to manage expectations and provide exceptional customer service
* Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
* Updating vehicle status and tracking progress
* Reordering materials and components as needed
* Providing repair overviews and ensuring timely delivery

**What You'll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

* A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not required
