**Experienced Business Support and Customer Service Representative – Residential Site Operations**

You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide exceptional service, foster a positive work environment, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Cooperate, coordinate, and communicate with other departments to ensure good customer experience and take customer feedback, after every service request, complaint, and share the feedback points with the team for improvement of services. - Maintain a hospitality outlook and always look presentable. - Take ownership of the request or complaint and ensure they are handled effectively within the agreed-upon timeframe (TAT). - Conduct daily rounds of the premises and report any lapses/observations to the relevant team. - Conduct timely Customer Feedback Surveys and share the reports with the client/management. - Respond to emergency situations (as per blithequark policies) and contact the proper authorities when needed. - Be familiar with lost and found procedures. - Nominate and attend training programs at the site/blithequark office. - Address concerns through daily checking of mails for priority requests. - Receive calls and emails from clients. - Ensure closure of complaints by proper communication to stakeholders. - Assist in activities like filing, checking, and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard, etc. - Update the handover/takeover register before the end of the shift for all completed/pending tasks. - Manage and participate in events, overlook general maintenance, and guest handling. **Site Details** You will be working on Raheja Ascencio, a residential site located in Powai, Mumbai. The site dynamics include a work schedule that may involve flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. You will be directly reporting to the Customer Relations Manager/Property Manager as per site. **What We're Looking For** - Meticulous and analytical: You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills: You should be able to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts. - Relevant educational background: You need to have a relevant educational background in hospitality with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience or 2-3 years of experience in client/customer service-facing roles. - Language skills: Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language is a must. - Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays is an added advantage. - Basic computer skills: Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is also preferred. **What We Can Do for You** At blithequark, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realize your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
