Divisional Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits
BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel RN position. This Divisional Registered Nurse will support our Shooting Stars Division in North Carolina providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders Perform client assessments as necessary Case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet Skills A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Experience with OASIS and Medicare home health visits required Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills Ability to travel to cases as assigned Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Benefits Paid holidays Vacation and sick leave Vision Dental and medical health plans Employer paid life insurance 401k with company match Direct deposit Employee assistance program Company Overview BAYADA Home Health Care, one of the largest home health providers with over 325 locations in the U.S. and operations in Germany, India, Irel It was founded in 1975, and is headquartered in Pennsauken, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
