Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish & English – Insurance Industry

**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers. You'll be the face of careerzynith, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Helping customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment
* Delivering expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
* Providing counsel, guidance, and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most
* Upholding our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call quality, handling time, lead transfer ratio, adherence, first-call resolution, and reliability
* Maintaining and tracking accurate data in various computer systems
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
* A minimum of 6 months related work experience, with customer service experience preferred
* Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no pre-established format
* Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge and ability to use various computer systems and software
* Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
* Clear understanding of the organization's policies, standards, and procedures to guide customer interactions
* Ability to pass state-specific insurance tests and obtain necessary licenses in all applicable states (training and testing provided by the company)
