You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule. **Earnings and Revenue** As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client and the type of support services you provide. Our rates range from $17 to $20 per hour, and your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers.
