Join us and you'll discover why we are a company that empowers and equips our associates to do the best work of their lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics - Data Stewardship, you will be responsible for: * Understanding, articulating, interpreting, and applying the principles of our defined strategy to unique, moderately complex business problems that may span multiple functions or domains. * Identifying suitable data sources, performing data quality checks, establishing and implementing data governance practices, managing data quality issues, and maintaining master data and metadata. * Providing recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues, developing business cases for projects, and translating business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks aligned with the overall business strategy. * Contributing to the expansion and governance of arenaflex's AI data agents, including designing and implementing trusted, scalable data strategies that enhance transparency, accuracy, and user experience. **Impact You'll Make** As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics - Data Stewardship, you will have a strong understanding of the business context, including industry and environmental factors, business practices, and relevant business metrics. You will have foundational practical knowledge of data governance, compliance, and stewardship best practices. You will also have knowledge in analytics, big data analytics, and automation techniques, as well as a solid understanding of business requirements and insights. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A strong understanding of organization's needs and ability to drive change * Strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to influence key decision-makers and understand their points of view * The ability to work effectively both on teams as well as be self-motivated, task-oriented, and organized * Experience with data analysis, data documentation, data quality monitoring and improvement, including SQL experience * Strong customer focus and obsession with quality * The ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment **Preferred Qualifications** * A certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis * Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R) * A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * A strong understanding of the business value of data and a passion for driving data-enabled insights and decisions * Experience in eComm analytics or online pickup and delivery performance measurement * Experience with customer insight analysis or working with Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, Experian, 1010, etc. * A growth mindset, welcoming constructive feedback, actively pursuing learning opportunities, and viewing setbacks as a natural part of innovation and continuous improvement * Up-to-date expertise and the ability to apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
