Responsibilities
• Efficiency optimization: Serve as first point of contact for the President & CEO, answering questions and sourcing information whenever possible.
• Scheduling and time management: Optimize complex calendars and arrange international and domestic travel and accommodations.
• Administrative duties. Manage expense reports, appointments, event planning and reservations on a business and personal level for President & CEO and members of leadership team.
• Daily office operations: Order supplies, phones, etc., and oversee services as needed to support employees and office for our European headquarters in Weesp, Amsterdam.
• Personal assistant: Perform personal errands/scheduling as needed/directed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous C-level or senior support experience
• Flexibility for occasional long hours and travel as needed
• NOTE: Standard working hours are 3 a.m.-11 a.m. EST
• Highly competent multi-tasker comfortable with changing priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• This position is subject to background checks
