As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. You'll be part of a remote-first team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from enthusiasts to dealerships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve common customer concerns. * Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, providing timely and effective solutions. * Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. * Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus. * Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel. * Able to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided. * Strong communication skills both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and communicating through chat. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus. * Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability. * Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
