• Connect with customers directly and help them find internet and wireless plans and products that work best for them.
• Listen closely to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions, from smartphones to home internet.
• Go above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued and confident in their choices.
• Stay up-to-date on Verizon’s latest products, services, and promotions to give accurate guidance.
• Keep track of your sales and customer interactions to build a strong, thriving pipeline.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, share insights, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges together.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by combining your skills with our resources.
• Take advantage of ongoing training to keep sharpening your sales and communication skills.
