Environmental Health & Safety, Manager

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive global Health & Safety (H&S) learning program. The role involves building a program from scratch, curating content, managing programs, and facilitating training. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with experience in health and safety training, instructional design, and leadership.
Requirements
• 5 years of health and safety experience
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Learning and Development, or a closely related discipline
• Proven experience building a comprehensive safety training program from the ground up, in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strong instructional design background with demonstrated ability to create impactful learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accommodate global program delivery
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment is preferred
• Travel required is expected to be up to 5%
