Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible solutions for their needs. • **Learn and Uncover Customer Needs**: Create connections with customers and ask the right questions to understand their needs and preferences. Use this information to position product insights and solution recommendations that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. • **Position Product Insights and Solution Recommendations**: Provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution by positioning our products and services in a way that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Use your knowledge of our products and services to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. • **Close Sales**: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases and that they receive the support they need to get the most out of our products and services. • **Continuously Develop Yourself**: Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, and continuously improve your sales skills through training and development programs. • **Refine Your Sales Skills**: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
