We are looking for mature, self-starting, ambitious, professional, and very competitive individuals to fill part-time (with the option to go full-time at a later date) roles. Must be open to learning a new skillset and be coachable. This is a 1099 opportunity, not a W-2.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their life insurance and investment needs.
Customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs.
Commit to training, licensing and attendance of mentorship... meetings.
Requirements:
Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL requirement)
Must pass a STATE background check (No Felonies)
Accountable & Disciplined
Trustworthy & Honest
Must live within the United States & be authorized to work in the U.S.
2-4 Weekly & 1 on 1 Mentorship Meetings
Train, coach and develop new representatives
