This is a full-time position which works alongside trained Montessori Teachers (as part of a teaching team) to deliver on our mission to develop a lifelong love of learning in our students.Associate Responsibilities● Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers;● Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy;● Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;● Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment;● Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.Associate Requirements● MinimumRequired:CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework;● At least 18 years of age● Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development). #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
