Globe Life AO is seeking a Benefits Representative to assist clients with supplemental insurance coverage through scheduled virtual meetings. This role involves providing information, answering questions, and helping clients select appropriate benefit options.
Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled phone or video meetings with clientsExplain supplemental life and health insurance productsAssist clients with applications and required documentationMaintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
Compensation:
Commission-based positionAverage earnings range from $45,000–$65,000 CAD annually (based on performance)Weekly pay with additional performance-based incentives
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the U.S.Strong verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a performance-based roleBasic computer skills and reliable internet connectionWillingness to obtain required insurance license (training support provided)
