Engineering Manager - Platform & Reliability We're partnering with a high-growth fintech infrastructure company to hire an Engineering Manager to lead their Platform team-spanning DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and core infrastructure. You'll play a key role in building scalable systems that support real-time payment processing and high-availability environments. This is a deeply technical leadership role, perfect for someone who's managed infrastructure at scale and enjoys driving architectural decisions, uptime, and operational excellence. What You'll Do • Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers across DevOps, SRE, and platform • Own the infrastructure roadmap and scalability strategy • Guide incident response, SLAs/SLOs, and platform reliability metrics • Optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and engineering leaders • Drive infrastructure automation, observability, and compliance What You Bring • 6+ years of engineering experience, 3+ years in leadership • Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and observability tools • Experience with highly available, production-scale systems Nice to Have • Experience in fintech, payments, or compliance-heavy environments • Familiarity with .NET/C# backend services • Experience with service mesh, microservices, and high-throughput systems • Background in resilience testing or chaos engineering • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures Compensation & Perks • $160K-$210K base + performance-based bonus • Meaningful equity package • 100% remote (US-based) • Medical, dental, and vision (50-80% company-covered) • 401(k) program (eligible after 3 months) • Unlimited PTO Benefits Apply tot his job
