Location: Remote (USA only PST hours preferred) with some office travel required Annual salary: USD 55,000 to USD 70,000 Type: Full-time Reports to: Director, Finance & Operations Job Description Accounts Payable: • Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to payables. Credit Card Management: • Monitor and manage corporate credit card limits and usage. • Track employee spending to ensure compliance with company policies. • Prepare regular credit card activity reports for management review. Other accounting tasks: • Reconcile accounting data with external accountants (in both Hong Kong and the US) • Support forecasting efforts and ad hoc projects • Support the preparation of analysis reports for management teams consumption • Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring it is completed in accordance with the company policy • Collaborate with the company groups US-based Finance team on handling various accounting and financial matters remotely Key Qualifications • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, knowledge of account receivable will be an advantage • Experience on bill.com , QuickBook Online, and other ERP system • Experience and financial knowledge in the gaming/retail industry will be a big advantage • Experience on working cross-functionally and with external business partners • Strong communicator and collaborator • Self-motivated and able to work independently, both doing the right things and doing things right • Good and effective communication and interaction skills, in English (written and verbal); fluency in other languages a big plus • Fluency in digital tools, fast learner of how to work with the companys digital tools and embracer of new technologies and methods We Offer • Competitive compensation package. • Flexible working hours and vacation policy. • Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth. • Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field Nex is located inSan Jose, California, USAandHongKong.
