Elite Talent Acquisition Specialist – Female Licensed Massage Therapist Recruiter (High-Performance Role)

We are now on a mission to rapidly scale our roster of female licensed massage therapists adding 6+ top-tier professionals every month and we’re looking for a recruiting powerhouse to make it happen.
The Mission
Find, attract, and secure the most skilled, professional, and reliable female licensed massage therapists in NYC and surrounding areas, fast. You’ll own the recruitment pipeline from start to finish, ensuring we never turn away a booking due to lack of talent.
This is not a slow HR desk job this is a high-energy, high-reward hunt for elite talent.
Your Responsibilities
Aggressively source female licensed massage therapists via Indeed, Schools, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Instagram, networking, and niche wellness communities.
Craft compelling outreach messages that get therapists to respond and apply.
Screen for skill, professionalism, and cultural fit (StressKnot NYC standards are non-negotiable).
Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure candidates move quickly from interest → interview → onboarding.
Track metrics: applications received, interviews booked, hires made and beat monthly targets.
Build relationships with massage schools, certification programs, and industry events to create a constant talent flow.
Maintain our therapist database and ensure all hires have proper licensing, insurance, and compliance documents.

6+ high-quality female licensed massage therapists hired every month.
A consistent, predictable recruitment pipeline that never runs dry.
Reduced time-to-hire and immediate onboarding readiness.
You Are
A recruiting machine, sourcing and closing talent is your superpower.
Relentless and resourceful, “I can’t find them” is never an option.
A great communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
Highly organized, tracking every lead and never letting candidates slip through the cracks.
Comfortable working independently and hitting aggressive targets.
Preferred Experience
Recruiting in the wellness, hospitality, or healthcare industry (especially massage therapy).
Established network in NYC’s wellness or massage therapy community.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools to track candidate pipelines.
Compensation
Base monthly rate + commission per hire.
Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly hiring goals.
