Electrical ECAD Librarian - REMOTE

JOB TITLE: Electrical ECAD Librarian - REMOTE LOCATION: Syracuse, NY PAY RATE: $26-55/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Summary: • Model components using Zuken CR5000/8000, eXpedition, Altium, Cadence, or similar ECAD tools. • Manage and maintain the ECAD component library to support design teams. • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established configuration control standards. • Collaborate with design engineers and configuration managers to align component data with design and production needs. • Support data release and revision control activities. Requirements: • Experience working in library management or configuration control environments. • Knowledge of component engineering processes, BOM structures, and ECAD/MCAD data integration. • Familiarity with data release and revision control systems. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to follow structured library processes and standards. • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR). Preferred Qualifications: • Background in Aerospace or Defense electronics design.
