In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Your Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with hair salons within your assigned territory.
ā¢ Achieve and exceed sales targets based on company KPIs.
ā¢ Introduce new products and services to customers.
ā¢ Deliver excellent customer service and support.
ā¢ Represent Maria Nila at industry trade shows and events.
Who We Are Looking For:
ā¢ Proven track record in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
ā¢ Self-motivated and results-oriented.
ā¢ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
ā¢ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
ā¢ Fluent in Finnish and English.
