Duties
ā¢ Analyze financial data and market trends to assess investment opportunities in real estate.
ā¢ Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
ā¢ Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and investors.
ā¢ Collaborate with property management teams to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
ā¢ Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all investment activities.
ā¢ Assist in the negotiation of contracts and terms with sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
ā¢ Support marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights that enhance property visibility and sales strategies.
Skills
ā¢ Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and agreements.
ā¢ Proficiency in marketing strategies relevant to real estate investments.
ā¢ Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients.
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and partners.
ā¢ Proven sales experience within the real estate sector is advantageous.
ā¢ Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
ā¢ Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
ā¢ Experience in property management or related administrative roles is preferred.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
