Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at AZUMA Appliance Leasing, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and those interested in our products. You'll assist them in completing applications both online and over the phone, provide information about product features and lease terms, and help resolve any inquiries or issues. AZUMA Leasing is looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and support. Job Responsibilities: Listen to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy. Resolve issues by clarifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions. Process requests by gathering necessary information and completing transactions. Identify opportunities to promote service and explain our products. Maintain accurate records in the call center database. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Stay updated on job knowledge through educational opportunities. Perform all additional duties as assigned. Capable of meeting goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating efficiency and flexibility. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficient in computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette. Prior experience in a call center setting is beneficial. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
