Dispatcher/Manager
Quick Flow Cargo, a fast-growing freight & logistics company based in San Diego, CA, is seeking an experienced Dispatching Manager to join our team. This position is 100% commission-based and fully remote — perfect for someone with proven dispatching experience who’s ready to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations
• Assign and track driver loads to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and vendors
• Monitor routes, schedules, and load changes in real-time
• Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
Qualifications:
• Must have prior dispatching manager experience (trucking/freight preferred)
• Existing carrier/driver relationships a plus
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office
• Able to work flexible hours when needed
Compensation:
• 100% Commission – no cap on earnings
