The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Independent Business Development Representative to bring in new clients for our services. This is a commission-only, contractor role (1099), ideal for someone who values flexibility and wants to grow their experience in business development. You’ll have complete control over your schedule, along with full support and resources from our team.
Responsibilities
• Identify small businesses and entrepreneurs who could benefit from marketing services.
• Build genuine connections through social media, networking, and outreach.
• Present our services using provided tools, templates, and training.
• Close deals and hand clients off to our delivery team.
Compensation & Perks
• 30% commission on each deal (average project value $400+, with higher potential on larger packages).
• Fully remote, flexible schedule—you decide when and how you work.
