Account Executive

Quickbase is on a mission to eliminate Gray Work through their Dynamic Work Management platform. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to convert leads into sales opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and expand their customer base.ResponsibilitiesQualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities by understanding the prospect's needs, challenges, and decision-making processes through discoveryEngage with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build relationships and understand their business requirementsUtilize the Force Management sales methodology to systematically qualify opportunities and drive them through the sales pipelineManage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closingActively contribute to the generation and maintenance of a healthy sales pipeline by developing upsell opportunities and nurturing existing prospectsCollaborate with marketing and other internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upsellingEstablish strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospect organizationsEnsure a seamless handoff to the customer success team post-sale to maintain customer satisfaction and facilitate renewals and expansionsMaintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRMProvide regular updates to the sales management team on pipeline status, deal progress, and any challengesSkills1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutionsProven experience with the Force Management sales methodology or a similar qualification frameworkStrong ability to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and buying processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and a track record of exceeding sales targetsProficiency with CRM tools and other sales technology platformsBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Company OverviewQuickbase helps organizations see, connect and control every element of the complex projects.
