Responsibilities: - Travel throughout Volusia/ Flagler and St. John Counties - Need to adapt to different stages of Dementia - Visit every Dementia Caregiver 1-2 times per month - Provide support with activities and games assigned - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. - Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance. - Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. This is a remote position.
