Deal Analyst / Underwriter (Remote)
Easy Sell Property Solutions is seeking a Deal Analyst / Underwriter to support financial analysis for residential investment deals across multiple exit strategies. This is an analyst-level execution role, not a management or leadership position. Responsibilities • Analyze real estate deals across: • Wholesale and double close • Wholetail and fix & flip • Novations • Buy & hold • Creative financing • Build and maintain deal-level spreadsheet models • Evaluate purchase price, rehab, holding costs, and financing • Compare exit strategies to identify the strongest option • Determine ARV using provided guidelines • Apply provided MAO formulas • Identify risk and margin issues • Prepare deal summaries for leadership review Requirements • 1–4 years experience in real estate underwriting or deal analysis • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Familiarity with multiple investment strategies preferred • Ability to follow structured analysis processes • Detail-oriented and reliable This Role Is Not For Candidates Who • Want immediate decision authority • Are seeking leadership responsibility • Prefer strategy over execution • Come from institutional finance backgrounds About Easy Sell Easy Sell Property Solutions is a residential real estate investment company led by Billy Alvaro, operating across NY and NJ with a focus on creative deal structures and complex seller situations.
