Senior Project Manager

Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support their business goals. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Establish project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may affect project outcomes. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders. Conduct regular project review meetings, providing updates on developments and key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Continuously evaluate project performance to implement improvements and drive efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects with a focus on IT or consulting services. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalents. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and generate actionable insights. Additional Skills: Experience with Cloud Technologies and Digital Transformation projects. Proactive in making decisions and solving problems effectively.
