Key Objectives Maintain high editorial standards by reviewing and refining all written content. Ensure brand voice consistency across marketing materials, product descriptions, and digital content. Collaborate with content creators to deliver polished and error-free communications. Responsibilities Proofread and edit a variety of content including website copy, social media posts, product descriptions, press releases, and internal documents. Identify and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors. Verify factual accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with writers, marketers, and designers to ensure clarity and consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and style. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a proofreader, editor, or similar role, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry. Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency. Familiarity with style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago Manual of Style) and brand voice adaptation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency with editing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Grammarly).
